**The project and your role**:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive **.NET Developer** to join our team, focusing on high-impact projects within **complex, mission critical enterprise systems**.

You will primarily contribute to two critical software initiatives:

- ** Legacy Automation Platform**: Maintenance and extension of a high volume document workflow system running on **.NET Framework 4.8**, built on a COTS solution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and maintenance of the **Modern Forms Management Portal** backend (.NET 8).
- Actively participate in the planning, design, and initial stages of upcoming.NET projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features and provide essential support for the legacy document automation platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, estimate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- _ Optional:_ Support and extend the development infrastructure within **Azure** environments.
- _ Optional:_ Development and maintenance of the existing **Angular frontend**, as well as development of the frontend for upcoming.NET projects.

**Your skills**:
**Essential Qualifications**:

- Strong expertise in database development, querying, and schema design using **SQL Server & EF (Entity Framework)**.
- Proficiency in version control and collaborative development workflows using **Git**.

**Desired Skills & Knowledge (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with **.NET Framework 4.8**, ASP.NET MVC, ASPX, and troubleshooting older systems (Legacy.NET).
- Hands-on experience with **Angular**, JavaScript (JS), and jQuery (Frontend Technologies).
- Familiarity with **Azure** cloud services and **IIS** web server configuration/management (DevOps & Infrastructure).
