**Calificaciones**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Advanced skill in Atlassian Confluence for technical document creation and update.
- Write well-designed, efficient code and ensure design follows standard specifications provided.
- Experienced in ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a core team.
- Strong ability to initiate and manage production support calls and coordinate with stakeholders in the call.
- Good experience with databases: Oracle/MSSQL DB.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools.
- Must have skills related to production support and deployment activities.
- Exposure to deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.
- Flexible working in shift hours if required during P1/P2 incidents.
- Good to have experience with Agile methodologies; Jira is a big plus.
