**Benefits Product Specialist**

**Location**:Medellín, Colombia

**Schedule**:M-F 8 AM - 5 PM

**Type**:On-site position

**Contract**:Permanent Contract / Indefinite Term Contract

**Salary**:$4.500.000 - $5.625.000 per month + law benefits (we are open to evaluating salary expectations)

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

This is a company that offers international health insurance plans that provide extensive coverage around the world. These plans are designed to cater to different stages of life, from having a new family member to retirement, and offer flexible options to suit individual needs.

**DESCRIPTION**:
A Benefits Product Specialist is responsible for managing and developing a company's employee benefits products. This includes analyzing current benefits programs, researching new products and services, and creating customized benefits packages. The Benefits Product Specialist works closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure that products meet employee needs and are cost-effective. They also present the benefits package to employees, answer any questions they may have, and help them to make informed decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Entering plans and benefits into the system.
- Maintaining code lists in the system.
- Creating corporate groups and other plans in the system.
- Activating plans and benefits in the system.
- Monitoring plans and benefits in the system.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Advanced English is spoken and written (Essential)
- Management of Microsoft Office
- Experience of at least 1 years in similar positions
- Knowledge of the business (optional)
- Experience explaining benefits packages and how to enroll people in them.
- Possess a degree in Business Administration or related careers.
- Knowledge in HR Management will be a plus

- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Benefits enrollment: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)
