As a **Documentation Specialist,** you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- AES filling, export documentation I.E, MBL, HBL.
- Verify hazardous materials shipping paperwork.
- Ensuring all shipment documentation is in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
- Prepare export document.
- Sending prealerts to the agents.
- Create batch records.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree or preffered bachelor´s degree in International Business or related.
- **Experience**: at least 6 months in Freight Forwarding industry and bilingual experience.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills B2+ - C1/C2.

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: This position is only in Medellín On-site Wework Santafe
- **Salary**: 4.000.000 - 4.000.000 cop
