**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, code, and unit test standalone pieces of work.
- Participate actively in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Create and update project documentation to support ongoing development efforts.
- Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to regular sprint planning sessions.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proficiency in **Python**, especially for backend development using frameworks like **FastAPI**or **Django**, which are often used in AI and ML integrations.
- Experience in building data pipelines for **ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)** processes, specifically in automating data extraction from various sources (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, JIRA, and Eridoc) and structuring it for downstream systems.
- Ability to develop and manage secure **APIs**for communication between the frontend (**React**) and backend, as well as with third-party services.
