**Role Description**:We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and promoting employee health and safety through training and inspections. This position requires technical expertise in occupational safety, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Risk Identification and Management**: Identify emerging and existing workplace risks due to changes in work conditions or new equipment. Report risks to management and propose preventive measures.
- ** Monitoring and Inspection**:Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify new risks, monitor equipment condition, and ensure the proper use of safety equipment.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare, update, and archive occupational safety documents, including prevention and protection plans. Report on safety activities and improvements.
- ** Coordination and Collaboration**: Work with external services for risk assessments and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with the Occupational Safety and Health Committee and propose measures for high-risk areas.
- ** Incident Investigation**: Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
- ** Planning and Prevention**: Develop emergency plans and ensure employees are trained. Identify high-risk areas and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitors and updates the prevention and protection plan, evacuation plan, and other required plans.
- ** Professional Development**: Stay updated on safety regulations and best practices through courses and events.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, technical sciences, or related fields.
- ** Professional Experience and Knowledge**:
- Experience in OHS: minimum 3-5 years.
- License for OHS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of occupational safety and health protocols and relevant legislation.
- ** Technical Expertise**:Ability to assess workplace risks and manage safety equipment.
- ** Physical Requirements**: Capable of conducting inspections and ensuring safety across various work environments.
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English.
- ** Teamwork**:Ability to collaborate with a multinational team and external partners.
