Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester

**Job Title**: Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester

**Location**: Remote (Latam)

**About the Role**

You will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions by planning and executing tests, identifying and validating defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Lightning Experience, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce configurations and integrations.
- Log, track, retest, and validate defects; partner with developers/admins to drive resolution.
- Support test automation efforts (framework contribution, script creation/maintenance, execution, reporting).
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide timely QA status updates, risks, and recommendations.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of hands-on QA experience specifically supporting **Salesforce Service Cloud**.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.

**Preferred / Nice to Have**
- Experience with automation tools such as **TOSCA, Selenium, or Provar** (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as **Jira**.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
