Marketing & Social Media Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for shaping and amplifying the company brand through strategic digital marketing and social media efforts.
- Integral in maintaining and growing client relationships, promoting services, and supporting the brand's ongoing evolution.
- Will work closely with the CEO and leadership team.
**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in working with US-based firms
- Strong proficiency in social media management
- Ability to work with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) to design marketing materials
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Understanding of client relationship management and the ability to engage and celebrate client milestones
- Expertise with HubSpot or CRM strongly preferred
- Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms required
- Experience with Google Analytics required
- Proficiency with workflow tools like Hive, Asana, or similar a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for details required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude, self-starter, and collaborative team player
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience with ChatGPT or AI strongly preferred
- Experience with video content and YouTube also a plus
