**JOB TITLE: Payment Analyst**

**DEPARTMENT: Payments**

**LOCATION: Medellín, Colombia**

**SALARY: $700-750 USD (approx. $3,100,000 COP) per month**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Process payments received by entering the data accurately and promptly into the system.
- Maintain ongoing communication with agents, addressing inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Generate daily reports and analyze the data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Process changes to policy information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to perform data analysis, present insights, and highlight key findings.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity, resolving any discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members and management to implement changes.
- Adhere to regulatory and company policies related to payment processing, confidentiality, and data security.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless payment experience.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar payment processing roles.
- Advanced English language proficiency, with Portuguese language skills desirable but not mandatory.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
