What You Will Do

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst with experience in tax filing, knowledge of electronic invoicing and its regulations, payroll knowledge, Excel management, and magnetic media handling.

**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out the registration of accounting transactions in the accounting books according to accounting principles and tax regulations applicable in Colombia.- Carry out payroll processing and employee payment record management.- Assist in compliance with corporate tax and tax obligations, such as tax return filings and invoice issuance.- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses that support business decision-making.- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records.- Perform other accounting and financial tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements and technical skills- Professional in Public Accounting or a student from the 6th semester with 1 year of experience in accounting activities.- Knowledge of tax and labor laws in Colombia.- The position is on-site and requires coming to the office in El Poblado 4-5 times a week.- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Highly organized and attentive to detail.- Basic knowledge of English (B1 or better).
