**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of software development and deployment workflows.
- Resolve incidents in a timely manner by hands on troubleshooting and debugging.
- Support the development team with problems associated to the delivery and the installation process.
- Troubleshooting and supporting build, test, and deployment incidents if they happen
- Build and support a CI/CD infrastructure utilizing Jenkins, Rundeck, Artifactory, Sonar.
- Integration of Jenkins and Rundeck tools with external services Weblogic, Kubernetes, Servicios Cloud Azure y AWS.
- Implement monitoring processes, design/build/deploy monitoring dashboards
- Support and develop automation solutions that enable to build and deploy code efficiently and consistently
- Create automated deployment script

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

A minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps Engineering

2+ years of experience with public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS, OCI)

3+ years of cumulative experience with engineering, scripting, infrastructure, or hardware configuration

Proficiency in working with Linux and Windows Server OS

Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash

Reports automation with python, shellscripting, azcli, pwsh

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of Chef/Ansible
- Working experience with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of Jira, Artifactory, Bitbucket/Gitlab, SonarQube
- Knowledge of Ruby, Go
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Agile methodologies like Scrum and/or Extreme Programming Understanding of information security concepts and frameworks
