**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Implementación y administración de AIX

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Mantenimiento de todo tipo de servidores serie pSeries y Power P6, P7, P8 y/o P9
Conocimientos básicos de solución de problemas de hardware de Power Server
Configuración de LPAR/particionamiento a través de HMC, actualización de la versión de HMC.
Conocimiento en instalación, configuración, solución de problemas en AIX (V5.x, 6.x, 7.x), PowerVM, PowerHA (6.x, 7.x)
Conocimientos básicos de solución de problemas de hardware de almacenamiento
Gestión de bash, administración de LVM (crear, aumentar, eliminar), housekeepin de FS, configuración de red, configuración de rutas estáticas, instalación de software a través de repositorios y manual, instalación de SO, instalación de arreglos, administración de usuarios y grupos
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
Experiência en migraciones de servidores Power y sistemas operativos AIX
Análisis de rendimiento de sistemas operativos
Realización de chequeo de salud del sistema.
Trabajar en entornos colaborativos utilizando metodologías ágiles, pensamiento de diseño creativo.
Trabajar por los objetivos y metas acordados con un enfoque creativo del trabajo.
Intuitivo con capacidad de gestionar cambios y tiempos
Habilidades interpersonales de trabajo en equipo.
Conocimientos técnicos recientes asistiendo a talleres educativos y revisando publicaciones
