**Job Summary of the Role**

**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with a team of designers, editors, and ACDs in the ideation, planning & execution of design deliverables.
- Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from internal team members and clients throughout the review process
- Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client work in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape
- Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with clients and fellow team members
- A strong vision for new ideas + an ability to repurpose existing ideas
- Confidence in your ability to communicate with your team
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Proficient skills in the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture

**Measured KPIs**
- Hit RPE of $26,000
- Below 10% Client Churn Rate
- Range of the number of accounts (8-10 mid level accounts)

**Progression Opportunities**
- Associate Creative Director, Design
- Art Director

**MITs**
- Deliver high quality graphic designs during design phases of marketing projects
- Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline
- Utilize modern trends, techniques, and strategies in graphic design to provide the best possible product for our clients

**KPIs**
- Performance and impact of projects that meet client KPIs
- _2+ Concepts added to Top Performer playbook and/or creative case studies (per quarter)_
