Resumen del Rol

Responsable por el relacionamiento médico y científico (Scientific Engagement) y por la colaboración, coordinación y supervisión de las actividades relacionadas con el mismo. Esta gestión incluye el relacionamiento con médico considerados líderes científicos, así como con sociedades científicas, instituciones académicas (Universidades y Hospitales), Instituciones de Salud e Instituciones del Gobierno. Para la consecución de sus objetivos es indispensable el desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas a nível científico y médico, en el marco de las políticas de la compañía, así como alineado con la plataforma científica y el plan estratégico de la franquicia. Responsable por lograr los objetivos de negocio del portafolio a su cargo, colaborando como Socio Estratégico de las Unidades de Negocio y las otras áreas de la organización. Para el desarrollo de estos objetivos es fundamental el liderazgo de equipos interdisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades y actividades primarias

Diseñar de los planes estratégicos de Medical Affairs de los productos y áreas terapéuticas a cargo.

Velar por los contenidos científicos de las actividades médicas y por el cumplimiento de las normas corporativas y del país.

Desarrollo y Participación de Programas de Educación Médica Continuada.

Revisar y aprobar los materiales promocionales de los productos a cargo.

Velar por el cumplimiento de todas las actividades operativas y administrativas del Departamento Médico que están a su cargo.

Conocimiento de los Sistemas de Salud de la Región. Diseño y análisis de Estudios de Investigación.

Calificaciones, habilidades y experiência requeridas

**Formación Profesional**: Médico con Especialidad Clínica (Oncólogo, Médico Internista, Inmunólogo, Patólogo) Epidemiología,

Al menos 2 años de experiência en Gerencia médica (deseable)

Capacidad de análisis e interpretación de estudios epidemiológicos y de investigación clínica.

Ingles Intermedio.

Disponibilidad para viajar.
