**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle outsourcing services with multiple providers

**Requirements and skills**
- Must have Remote Job experience of at least 1 to 2 years
- Must have an experience of at least 2 to 3 years with Call centers/ BPO organization
- Management and Support of Vicidial Severs and PBX System
- AWS Server Console Management
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Ability to manage personnel
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and Development tools
- Technical knowledge
- VPN
- Application Crash
- Bandwidth test
- Hardware/Software information
- Windows app trouble shoot
- Help Desk Ticketing System
- Azure Active Directory
- Salary in USA dollars will be discuss on the interview.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: $6 per hour
