We’re seeking a **freelance** **Video Editor with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro**. This role focuses on creating engaging short-form social media content, mainly reels. You’ll be working closely with our creative team, editing raw footage into polished, eye-catching content that drives attention and engagement.

**What You’ll Do**
- Edit short-form videos (i.e., reels) for social media
- Cut and arrange footage for pacing and storytelling
- Add subtitles and text overlays to maximize audience attention
- Perform color grading to ensure a polished, professional look
- Collaborate via Adobe Team Projects for real-time workflow and feedback
- Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms
- Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and engaging

**Requirements**:

- **Must be available and willing to work on-site in Medellín**:

- Strong command of English for clear communication (especially written)
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (a strong portfolio of short-form edits is a plus)
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and computer savvy
- Familiarity with social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Attention to detail, especially with color grading and typography
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple edits
