**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cash Application
- Process manual checks/deposits
- Application of EFT/ ACH, wires, and credit card payments
- Application of monthly intercompany netting payments
- Accurate reporting and balancing of daily deposits
- Invoicing
- Generate, review, and verify the accuracy of invoices
- Monitor electronic invoicing and correct transmission failures
- Send invoices to customers
- Research all deductions taken by customer for validity; work with other groups in the office when a deduction is not valid to provide proper/timely documentation and notice to the customer
- Collect past due accounts receivable balances
- Research and resolve customer invoice issues
- Maintain collection correspondence in Quickbooks
- Produce and distribute A/R Aging Reports with notations on accounts
- Oversee potential problem accounts and send follow-up correspondence. May produce reports of accounts that are in arrears and analyses of bad debt.
- Work with Controller/Sales/CFO on credit worthiness procedures
- Setup new customers and follow new customer collection procedures
- Embrace a spirit of continuous improvement by analyzing processes and suggesting areas that require enhancement

**Other**:

- Assist with month-end close
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Assist with audits and functions
- Build effective cross functional relationships through peer collaboration
- Other projects, as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role required.
- Accuracy, time management, and multi-tasking ability are essential skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong problem-resolution skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quickbooks online knowledge a plus
- Good English language oral and written communication skills
