As an **Accounts Receivable Specialist**, you will encounter various challenges in this role:

- Verify the status of assigned accounts.
- Contact assigned accounts to ensure the company's cash flow and maintain both the overall and individual collection indicators in good standing.
- Ensure that billing is being conducted properly with all the required information from the client (e.g., reference, verification document for statements...).
- Effectively communicate with the client to address any questions regarding billing and statements.

- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with one hour for lunch. (following the American calendar).
- Compensation of **2.600.000 COP.**

- Professional or technologist degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related.
- One year of experience in administrative work and managing accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate (C1 Level required).
- Knowledge in Excel.
