**Job Title**: Delivery Center Team Lead, Colombia - Global Salesforce

The Salesforce Team Lead in Colombia is a key role responsible for supporting the Salesforce Country Lead in driving team performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring operational efficiency within the team. This position involves managing day-to-day activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the professional growth of team members. The Team Lead will play an essential role in aligning the team’s efforts with the strategic goals set by the Country Lead.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Working with the other team and capability leaders in region in inspiring and guiding team members, promoting a culture of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
- Help to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Assist in enhancing team performance by promoting effective collaboration and increasing job satisfaction.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily team operations to ensure efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions in coordination with the Country Lead as needed.
- Support initiatives to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Country Lead and US pursuit teams to align strategies, share best practices, and enhance collaboration.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to organizational success by providing insights and support.

**Professional Development**:

- Mentor and guide team members in their professional development, in collaboration with the Salesforce Country Lead.
- Keep the team informed about industry trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies.
- Encourage ongoing learning and skill enhancement among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce experience in a delivery and team lead capacity.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with the Colombian talent market and business landscape.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and support team success.
