Area Sales Leader / Ejecutivo de Cuenta Senior para liderear la estrategia de ventas y crecimiento País, manejando adicionalmente un territorio asignado y exploración para apertura de cuentas nuevas en el Sector Financiero y Banca para la venta de tecnología de Cajeros Automáticos, Software Especializado para Redes de Cajeros (Operación, Monitoreo, Seguridad), Soluciones de consultoría altamente complejas como Servicios Profesionales y Soluciones de Servicios ATMaaS y Mantenimiento, para trabajar con sede en Colombia.
Tareas laborales diarias:
- Liderear al equipo de Ventas de Colombia
- Generar estrategia y seguimiento con el equipo de ventas local y equipo extentido para la generación de negocios actuales y nuevos negocios
- Identificar y calificar a los mejores prospectos para soluciones NCR, con el objeto de realizar la venta de SW, HW y Servicios
- Desarrollar propuestas de valor, casos de negocio para sustentar la viabilidad y valor de los negocios ante el cliente y NCR.
- Gestionar el proceso de ventas, identificando oportunidades, gestionando el “pipeline” y el pronóstico, gestionando las negociaciones de contratos e impulsando la implementación de soluciones.
- Gestionar la participación de los recursos de NCR (equipo extendido) para la realización de propuestas y soluciones especializadas.
- Asegurar la satisfacción constante del cliente durante los compromisos de preventa, venta y postventa.
- Comunicación internamente de manera eficiente e impulsar equipos multifuncionales.
Requisitos básicos:
- Licenciatura: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Finanzas o afines
- MBA, Desarrollo de negocios, Carrera terminada, de preferencia con posgrado
- Conocimiento de tecnología y mercado de ATMs en su localidad
- Inglés fluido
- Manejo de herramientas suit de Windows
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación
- Liderazgo autoadministrado
