**A Day in the Life**
- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.
- Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Examinate estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bids, process specifications, progress, and other reports; advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data and maintain historical information.
**Must Haves**
- 2 or more years proven customer service or supply chain experience, Contract Operations, Sales Operations, or related
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English level
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience presenting data to leadership/executive level
**Nice to Haves**
- Knowledge and experience with SAP
- Experience writing SQL queries
