**- Reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial contracts of various size and complexity.
- Maintains contract law quality results by following and enforcing organization standards.
- Produces contracts by understanding requirements; assembling standard language; inputting and editing information; obtaining approvals and signatures.
- Secures contracts by performing system back-ups and archiving information.
- Maintains contract quality results by following organization standards.
- Ensures that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.
