We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Dispatcher to act as our Client’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will be working with **Amazon**, in charge of monitoring routes, transferring messages, checking up and assisting drivers, and directing field units.

**_This is not a regular call center position where you have to take calls from clients. _**

To excel in this position, you should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you also need to be a critical thinker and also demonstrate superb organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Details**:
Dispatcher

*This is a 5-day work week position

*Working from an office location is required (no remote work)

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field
- units.
- Respond to queries related to products and deliveries.
- Check and monitor Driver Roster
- Constantly communicate with drivers to ensure deliveries are running smoothly
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule.
- Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Good English Communication Skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Good understanding of logistics.
- Critical thinker.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Nice to have**
- Experience as a dispatcher
- Spanish Speaker
