**About the team**:
The Global Field Operations organization is part of the Customer Success COO group and drives operational excellence on the Land and Expand phases of our operating model LACE (Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand).

We do so by focusing on the successful creation, deployment, and execution of Land and Expand supporting processes, tools and services across Sales Organizations and Cloud Success Services Organizations in close alignment with related lines of businesses.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Field Ops Global Solution Area

Location: São Paulo, RS, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

- Leverage SAP software to provide insight and intelligence around renewals data.
- Facilitate standardization of renewals data reporting and tracking.
- Support data governance by working with stakeholders across all seven global regions.
- Innovate and conceptualize new reporting to foster actionable business insight for business leaders.
- Understand and summarize solution area performance and forecast for executive audiences.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to automate and scale reporting.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken
- Ability to synthesize and analyze large quantities of data
- Ability and willingness to manage tight deadlines
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office tools
- Minimum 6 months prior work experience in relevant practical internships or coop
