JOB:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that all of appropriate processes/paperwork is in place before a consultant engages at a customer. This includes:
- Statements of Work (SOWs),
- Sales Order #’s,
- Work Order# (for third party consultant engagements)
- Appropriate working papers (visas, etc.)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Competencies):
- Strong Technical Writing Skills and Verbal Communication Skills in English and Spanish.
- Action-Oriented; Self-Starter, Disciplined.
- Remote Working Environment & Attitude: This role will require working in front of a computer fulltime each business day typically outside of an office setting. This requires a home office setting where there is an appropriate high-speed, stable, internet connection as well as a dedicated, quiet space to focus from other distractions.
- Attention to Detail - The Resource Management Process involves interacting with many software tools and processes. Each process must be completed in-order, and in a timely fashion in order to successfully execute the staffing process and avoid situations where there is a miscommunication leading to lost revenue and customer satisfaction issues.
- Multi-tasking - The RA will be expected to handle many staffing requests in their aligned area(s), simultaneously. This requires the ability to work on many open staffing requests at any point in time and ensure that each request is staffed and closed out as quickly as possible to maximize SAP Services Revenue.

SPECIFIC AREA OF SPECIALIZATION:
- Travel: No travel is expected for this role.
- Location: Virtual, location within the Central Time Zone is preferred.
