**We are hiring a Remote Medical Scheduler that is fully remote with room for growth. The Cure IV is currently expanding into Miami, Chicago, Austin, and Seattle, this is an amazing opportunity to join our team Many of our clients are high profile and celebrities, discretion and confidentiality is required.**

**Duties include**:

- **Answering inbound communications**:

- **Outbound calls and follow up communication**:

- **Schedule appointments**:

- **Process Payments**:

- **Respond and resolve and patient inquiries or issues**:

- **Work with our mobile and virtual support team to make sure each inquiry matriculates into a completed appointment/treatment**:

- **Work with other admin staff members to ensure client services are being provided at the highest level**:

- **Other duties as needed**

**Requirements**:

- **Customer Service/patient service experience**:

- **Experience in high call volume or patient flow setting**:

- **Weekend and evening availability**:

- **Must be extremely organized, attention to detail, follow through, self motivated, interpersonal skills, charismatic, personable and have impeccable communication skills**:

- **Technology and Software Savvy**:

- **Quick communication, fast response time and average typing speed**:

- **Interest/Knowledge in health/wellness and preventative medicine**:

- **Proof of eligibility to work in the US**:

- **Knowledge of HIPAA is a PLUS**:

- **Eastern Hours required starting at 6am**

**Job Types: Full-time, Part-time**

**Pay: $8.00 - 12.00 per hour**

Pay: $3,005,000 - $4,507,500 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical scheduling: 1 year (required)
