This role focuses on our Learn & Ultra platforms, which provide students with a simple and intuitive learning experience that they can access anytime and anywhere. As a member of our Product Development team, you’ll work in an agile environment delivering industry-leading SaaS products and web service platforms.

As Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll focus on providing support for performance test development and execution against Anthology’s new feature and legacy system releases. You will become an active member of an agile team of developers participating in daily stand-ups, design sessions, code reviews, and sprint demos. As QA Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing end user requirements and customer reported defects to design and execute manual or automated test strategies across a variety of architectures and cutting-edge technologies. You’ll design, develop, execute, report, and debug functional, browser, accessibility and localization tests.

In this role, you will work hand in hand with our development team as well as other QA staff to provide and review assignments, provide and receive training on feature functionality and test development techniques, and participate in quality reviews of test plans and scripts. You will estimate Level of Effort (LOE) for test/script development, test execution, and other activities central to their assigned tasks and collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams to advocate for the development of high-quality, testable deliverables.
- Required skills/qualifications:_
- Fluency in spoken and written English at CEF B2 level or above
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance as an analyst or engineer
- Experience with automation frameworks and automated testing tools
- Any experience analyzing code coverage of automated tests and static code analysis
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills
