Our client is a fast-growing Creative Agency in the USA working for amazing clients on challenging projects. They have a remote team of professionals working from Latin America along with the USA team and they are always looking for ways to expand their team and culture.

We are recruiting a Quality Assurance Specialist that will take their products to the next level regarding accuracy, security, and safety. You will work on developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees become actively engaged. Check it out

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience with Quality Assurance and it's tools
- Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practices
- Highly organized, problem solver, and self-driven
- Ability to formulate feedback in a constructive manner
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fluidity, and client requests for revisions
- Ability to wear multiple hats, including working outside of this job description
- Advanced English

**Responsibilities**:

- Carefully maintain a complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
- Assist operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
- Manage the Q/A process during the development phase, but also upon launch and maintenance.
- Additionally, be able to help with Data Entry using the CMS system to add content, create pages, etc.
