**Position Title: Senior IT SAP Functional Analyst - Payroll and Time & Attendance**

**Location: Medellín/Bogotá (Hybrid Work Modality)**

**What you will be doing**:

- Gather and Configure Business Requirements relating to Time Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, ESS/MSS, Compensation, Performance Management/Goals, Enterprise Portal.
- Configure CATS Profiles, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Absence/Attendance Types, Time Quotas and Time Types.
- Read and Write Personnel Calculation Rules and Schemas for Time Evaluation to valuate attendance/absence times and generate gross wage types accordingly.
- Design functional specifications for programming requirements and work with the ABAP programmers to ensure all requirements have been met and test all changes.
- Support US Payroll - BSI Tax Factory, W2, Tax Reporter.
- Continuously improve processes and systems to deliver values to the teams and customers.

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- 5+ years of work experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management.
- 5+ years of work experience as an IT SAP ECC Functional Analyst.
- Understand the Cross Application Time Sheet functions (including the postings of time data to PM, PS, CO and how cost is allocated to these modules)
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll Schema and Rules.
- Experience with HR Data Migration and Interfaces.
- Work with SAP Support to resolve errors.
- Expert knowledge on SAP HCM Wage Types, Processing Time Data, Payments and Deductions, Schemas, Functions, Calculation Rules, Taxes, Payroll, Garnishments, Off-Cycle Processing, ESS/MSS, Third Party Remittance, and PA.
- Good knowledge of the SAP Integration between the SAP HR modules and external systems such as SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Experience with IT Service Management.
- Experience in eliciting requirements and documentation.
- Experience in strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, including technical writing skills.
