**Extended** **Planning & Profitability - Enterprise Performance Senior Consultant**
**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
To address customer requirements in enterprise planning areas for cross industries. As SAP Consultant, will have to support current and upcoming SAP projects. This includes aiding key customers in their adoption of innovative cloud products, primarily focusing on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and enterprise performance management (EPM), transitioning into cross-functional Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A). Developing competencies and expertise to offer Planning and Profitability & Performance Solutions to customers, utilizing tools like SAP Analytic Cloud - Planning (**SAC-P**) and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (**PaPM**).
Extended Planning & Analytics is one of the fastest growing Cloud business areas at SAP and is a critical part of the SAP Business Technology Platform (**BTP**).
The Extended Planning & Analytics Senior Consultant should act as responsible to implementation SAC-P / PaPM solutions including SAP best practices and Business Content, procedures, and recommendations.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS**
- Act as an Advisor to the customer, when covering end-to-end Strategic (Planning / Profitability & Performance) Processes
- Responsible from time to time as a sub project team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
- Define the best Financial, Marketing, Sales, HR-Workforce, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and traditional Enterprise Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM) as well as Sustainability Planning for customers
- Architect solution / implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation)
- Support the definition of strategic, conceptual, and technical boundaries for the design of the Planning and / or Profitability & Performance Management processes, supporting the accounting principles and process requirements of the customer, with a focus on high efficiency, scalability, and performance
- Support the Developments and execution of Innovation Roadmaps for customers, designs business processes with the customer and feeds them into the IT implementation. Help customers to implement a state-of-the-art Innovation Roadmap
- Detailed planning of process implementation. Be actively involved in the definition, preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of SAP Planning / Profitability implementation projects.
- Develop and Assure quality of process models
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools
- Act as Functional Architect on complex implementations
- Support consulting and license presales opportunities
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- University degree. Public Accountant or Professional Education in Finance, System Engineer, or related University degree and / or post graduate degrees, preferably
- Knowledge of Finances processes of SAP for Enterprise and Multi country
- Knowledge of Strategic solutions to address the need for C-Level, related: Corporate and Finance Planning, Profitability and Performance scenarios, definitions, Models, and activities, supporting innovation in digital and Cloud Transformation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with colleagues and customer at all executive levels
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
- SAP Certification
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with minimum of 6 full cycle implementations /project participation
- Deep understanding of industry specific business processes
- 2 -3 years Job experience in SAP (as key user or consultant) with at less 1 year of SAP Solutions: SAC-Planning, SAP Profitability and Performance Management or Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) experience
- Experience in SAP Activate - Agile Methodology for implementation
- Strong awareness of global cultural differences; work experience in a multi-national, complex environment
- Has performed several businesses cases

- Solid understanding of SAP product offering and its interoperability with other components as well as hi
