**What success looks like in this role**:

- Manages pricing of the organization's services in order to stay competitive in the market. - Supports pricing policies, and oversees the maintenance of historical pricing data. - Prepares moderately complex and/or large proposals, supports contract negotiations and administration of contracting activities in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, applicable law and customer requirements. - Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires and evaluation of intangible variables. - Provides guidance and strategy options to sales, client executives, service line management, and business development teams for financial modeling and pricing. - Regularly interfaces with leadership on matters concerning medium to complex proposals. - May supervise and serve as a mentor to staff. - Ability to interact with all levels of leadership.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience in contracts/pricing or equivalent related work experience, generally including supervisory/mentoring responsibility - Advanced pricing and technical knowledge. - Excellent presentation, teambuilding and leadership skills. - Ability to perform in complex cross functional business environment. - Lead and/or assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, identify risk and present risk mitigation strategy in both RFP and contract reviews. - Must have strong written and verbal skills. - Work independently to meet time sensitive deadlines. - Must have experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures relating to commercial and government contracting - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
