An opportunity for a **Pricing Strategy Analyst **has opened within Global Pricing & Contracting Insights & Analytics team.

The Global Pricing & Contracting Insights & Analytics team delivers insightful business analytics and tools to all Medtronic Businesses and Geographies. The team is also involved in pricing strategy execution and continuous improvement of Medtronic’s pricing processes, partnering with the business, regional and country pricing leaders across the globe.

**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Translate business requirements into insightful analytics.
- Draft recommendations to the Operating Unit (OU) pricing leaders based on insightful analytics.
- Support the pricing strategists in clarifying and performing ad hoc pricing analysis assignments.
- Work with various teams to help create meaningful tools, dashboards and reports and coordinate with the analytics team for delivery of the report.
- Identify, organize, coordinate, evaluate and measure impact of price improvement initiatives.
- Support the continuous creation, elaboration and delivery of pricing guidelines.
- Carry out pricing analysis to help position new products or/and adjust the pricing guidelines of our existing products.
- Collaborate in various pricing processes and projects across OU and the region.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, data anlytics, industrial engineering ,science, engineering, or related.
- Fluent in English level. (written and spoken).
- Experience in Data Analytics experience required (2 or 4 years minimum).
- BI visualization tool experience (Power BI, Tableau or similar - 6 months minimum).
- SQL basics.
- Knowledge in Advanced Excel.
- Great customer skills and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Curiosity, proactivity and passion for data analysis.
- Team player.

- Quick learner with motivation for personal development.
- Experience with Agile working environment.
- Product Owner Role Experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar tool.
- Flexibility to switch between the tasks and working to deadlines.
- Strong attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Excel VBA skills.
- Python or other programming language.
