**You will be working with our client who partners with developers, property operators, and investors to curate a collection of apartment-like spaces in hand-picked neighborhoods.**

**What are the daily tasks?**
- Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with management to drive points to resolution while meeting agreed-upon SLAs
- Identify and document SOPs for maintenance tasks to increase efficiencies
- Contribute to all root cause analyses of operational issues in production environments
- Help identify process and functional gaps to make recommendations for ongoing mitigations
- Manage incidents throughout the software development lifecycle; escalate issues appropriately and act as escalation support when needed
- Analyze and translate business requirements to identify impacts, trends, and gaps
- Determine test plan for, and participate in, testing of production fixes
- Perform technical investigation/analysis across multiple systems and environments using monitoring tools and querying to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and execute maintenance operations
- Develop, implement, and configure tools and processes required for automated monitoring, alerting, and reporting
- Own and deliver multiple BI projects on an ongoing, long-term, and ad-hoc basis
- Manage ongoing reporting processes and execute daily and monthly reporting packages using the Business Intelligence server platform
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts
- Conceptualize, design, and support the implementation of analytics and reports utilizing a variety of data warehouse front-end tools
- Leverage advanced BI capabilities to create internal business intelligence dashboards
- Extract, combine, and filter data sets from data warehouses as well as utilize external data sources by blending, according to internal client specifications to prepare analyses
- Develop and create engineering solutions for dashboards, scorecards, scheduled reports, ad hoc queries, and decision support
- Work with Data Warehouse developers and data architects to ensure that data quality around business decisions is maintained
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources and combine them into a data warehouse for reporting capabilities
