**Customer Success Representative (Collections Focus)
- Remote USA Client**
**Location**: Remote
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Customer Success Representative with a focus on collections to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to tenants, ensuring that rent payments are made on time and addressing any payment-related concerns. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a results-driven approach to collections.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively contact tenants to remind them of upcoming rent payments and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with tenants experiencing financial difficulties, while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with tenants and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with the property management team to resolve any tenant-related issues that may impact rent payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve rent collection rates.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing rent collections and tenant rights.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of property management and rental industry practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $1,500,000 - $1,750,000 per month
