The **Brand Manager Colombia **will be responsible:

- Design and execution of the strategy of the assigned brands, achieving the expected objectives.
- Joint development with the cross-functional team of the digital communication strategy of your brands.
- Creation of an innovation pipeline to extend your brands to relevant channels, markets, and categories.
- P&L management of your brands, ensuring compliance with the expected KPIs.
- Continuous interaction with Cross-functional areas to ensure optimal performance and operation of your brands.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Building, and/or Brand Development.
- Experience in Brand Management and/or similar role.
- Experience in developing marketing and brand strategies and brand communication strategies.
- Experience identifying target audiences and developing effective campaigns for them.
- Excellent understanding of a full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset and vision
- Data-Driven thinking with an affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, visual, and written
- Experience in the digital ecosystem (communication, social media, e-commerce)
**Key Tasks**
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate the right form of your brand's mission and vision
- Translating brand elements and vision into go-to-market plans and strategies
- Lead the marketing team and their day-to-day activities
- Develop the creative strategy to motivate the target audience to take action
- Establish the right performance parameters regarding sales, pricing, costs, among others.
- Monitor market and consumer trends to drive the product improvement and innovation agenda.
- Measure and control the performance of marketing initiatives, ensuring that defined and expected KPIs are achieved
