**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Consults software engineering team, and dedicated SDET resources, in our digital transformation journey to better leverage DevSecOps, test-driven development and test automation best practices
- Key contributor and leader in review of QA standards, procedures, tools, and processes
- Reviews test automation practices and cases built by team to identify and address gaps
- Maintains automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features
- Works with teams to promote shift-left testing methodology and bringing functional, and nonfunctional testing earlier in the development process
- Provides management updates, status reporting, and dashboards from a quality perspective to demonstrate product progress and process maturity

**Required Qualifications**:

- English and Spanish proficiency

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience in all types of testing including unit, integration, system, sanity, smoke, regression, acceptance, performance, load, stress, volume, security, and reliability/resiliency.
- Experience with enterprise-level test automation tools and frameworks, including both open source and commercial products
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Good communicator at all levels of the organization
- Prior experience leading a team of SDET professionals in a large organization
- Hands-on Java, Cucumber, Groovy, Selenium, Soap UI Pro, JMeter & LoadRunner experience
- Proficiency in creating test strategies for large digital transformation initiatives
- Experience implementing quality engineering practices in a DevSecOps model.
- Basic SQL is mandatory
- Monitoring and logging tools such as splunk, Dynatrace etc.
- Basic cloud experience AWS/Azure
- DevOps engineering background using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker
- Experience using JIRA, Rally, and/or Confluence
