**Job Summary**:
The** Graphic design senior** is in charge of aligning the materials that GP designs with the client's branding requirements, making the match between what the instructors propose and what is allowed by the client. This includes being proficient in design and editing software to produce presentations in different programs. For this profile it is necessary to be proficient in content generation for social media and video editing and production

**Key Activities**:

- Learn about the project requirements presented by the Instructional Designer/Subject specialist.
- Estimate the time that the project will require and provide realistic timelines for completion from a graphic design perspective.
- Develop graphic design concepts that meet the needs presented.
- Present graphic lines options to the Instructional Designer so he/she can select the most appropriate ones.
- Develop graphic solutions and working with tight deadlines.
- Make the necessary changes according to what the Instructional Designers' and customer's comments.
- Diagram reading materials.
- Deliver projects efficiently so that other tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated and resolved quickly.
- Ideate, create, produce and perform product videos and branding activities to post on LMS, RRSS and dealer communication channels

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Suites.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Professional approach regarding time, costs and deadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
