We are currently looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant for delivering solutions that meet client needs and building positive client relationships to join our team.

**Additionally**

The Senior Business Process Consultant takes on a secondary responsibility of providing functional support to the Business Development teams during pre-sales activities leveraging their expertise to assist in building tailored solutions that precisely align with client requirements.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Service Now
- CPDE
- ITIL v3 or 4
- Six Sigma
- Agile
- Prosci
- TOGAF
- Should have their SN Certifications: CSA Business Process for Implementation
