ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a tech savvy and skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join our LATAM team. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our Sales and Services teams and be a key contributor to complex sales processes, working closely with our prospective clients to ensure our best-in-class platform solves their challenges and requirements.

Specific product training will be provided, and you will need to gain an in depth understanding and knowledge of our software platform as well as Enterprise Architecture concepts to perform the following responsibilities:

- Serve in the role of product expert to demonstrate ABACUS’ capabilities and show how it can solve customers’ challenges;
- Understand customer requirements and provide product-oriented solutions and guidance related to their business needs;
- Identify patterns in customer/prospect interactions that can be used to create new content, influence the product development, and reinforce the marketing team’s message;
- Support the Sales Team with deep product expertise, answering RFPs when required, conducting in depth POCs and product demonstrations;

- Be the point of contact in the business for prospects who have technical and product questions as they develop to becoming a client;
- Represent the company as a technical expert at key conferences or other marketing events;
- Convey customer feedback to Product Management teams and assist in testing new platform features and functionality.

**Requirements**:
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer role or similar ideally within an Enterprise / Business Intelligence Software environment, assisting in driving sales in key accounts would be a plus;
- Ability to simplify complex topics while always relaying the business value of the technical solution;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Comfortable speaking with customers regularly and helping them to see the value in our software product;
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity while being quick on your feet and can quickly and completely learn complex software tools;
- Enjoy a laidback, collaborative environment where everyone works hard and enjoys connecting with each other;
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity. We strongly value loyalty to the company and long-term employees. If you are looking for a short-term position (i.e. less than 2-3 years) it would not be a good fit.
