We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Facility Team located in Cali.

?

**Responsibilities**

**Purchases**
- Support the company’s property, equipment and supplies acquisitions.
- Support all needed supplies for the office (beverages, fruits, stationary items)
- Cooperate with PDR activities (internal and external events).
- Manage messenger services throughout the supplier
- Organize Team buildings and internal events according to PDR needs

**HR**
- Support HRC department for new joiners & leavers (activate office cards, organize workstations)
- Support PDR activities (internal and external events).

**Finance**
- Covers basic accounting tasks (creates requests, submit orders and monitor invoices in the internal platform)

**Suppliers**
- Agree with the supplier all the activities set in the maintenance calendar

**Procurement**
- Raise PR for the teams when required
- Follow up with the supplier the invoice to be sent to the correspondent finance team

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate degree in Administration or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology industry.
- English level (B2).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
