**About the Role**
TCA is seeking a Project Manager to join a nearshored team supporting a U.S.based creative studio specializing in lighting and experiential design. This role involves managing projects from concept to installation, ensuring timely execution and quality while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across various time zones.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee lighting design projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, deadlines, and production milestones
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular reporting
- Collaborate with vendors and both creative and technical teams
- Provide updates and presentations to U.S.based clients

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience managing creative or technical projects
- Background in lighting, architecture, or experiential design is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in hybrid and multicultural work environments
