**Expectations & Tasks**

- Support functional design validation workshops, identify risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and system automation.
- Required to support customer’s implementations and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and functional skills, provides solutions and delivers services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas.
- Support critical customer situations and drive critical issues to resolution.

**Skills / Competencie**

- Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, SAP Ariba
- Highly desired to have end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA and Ariba
- Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP programming
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ready to travel 30% for All Americas Region.

- English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including LATAM and North America (US & Canada
