What can you expect in a "IT Demand Manager" role with TaskUs: The Demand Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating new and existing client onboarding initiatives with key IT teams to assure seamless project technical coordination. Main Responsibilities: - Main liaison on implementation of client onboarding activities. - Ensure implementation items are completed correctly and committed time. - Set proper expectations to stakeholders: Raise risks and issues regarding implementation and do escalations, as necessary, in a timely manner. - Lead and Support UATs for Waves 0-2. - Note: Some UATs will be led by the assigned LXL especially if tools are client-specific. DMs are expected to support the UATs and obtain sign-offs that all tools are working properly before hand-off. - Coordinate with IT members and lead necessary meetings and troubleshooting sessions to ensure that tools are working properly while the campaign is under implementation phase. Initiate handover process once implementation is complete.
