**About the job**:
Kent is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator fully bilingual in English and Spanish to coordinate International (Workshare) projects in our Bogota office.

**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Control over the scope of the project: Multidisciplinary coordination, so that the execution of the deliverables agreed on the project is fulfilled, as well as the control of the change in scope and its impact on cost and agreed deliverables in the Project, as well as its impact on cost and time
- Control over the Planned Project Man Hours: Coordinate on a multidisciplinary basis the execution of the project according to the Execution Plan.
- Project execution in accordance with the established Project Execution Plan.
- Work Schedules: Ensure and verify multidisciplinary elaboration and follow up of the development schedules, in a multidisciplinary manner.
- Development schedules, to ensure compliance with the delivery time agreed with the Client for each project.
- Customer Satisfaction: To ensure the quality of the products delivered by verifying that each project complies with the Scope Definition, Design Criteria and PDT are met in each project.
- Improvement Opportunities: Participate in the evaluation of each executed project to seek opportunities for improvement and standardization. Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams within the Workshare Office to deliver project objectives. Create a collaborative and proactive environment for solving scope, interface, and scheduling challenges.
- Problem solving: Anticipate and address inter-discipline interface issues within the Workshare Office. Resolve queries and mitigate risks proactively. Act as the primary interface between: Workshare Office engineering disciplines. Internal stakeholders.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

**Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience**:
**Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification**:

- Professional in mechanical, electrical, petroleum, civil, chemical, electronic, instrumentation and other engineering fields associated to the design of facilities in the Oil&Gas sector.
- Desirable Specialization in Project Management.
- Experience of 10 to 20 years of which at least 5 years in coordination and/or management of multidisciplinary teams of **international engineering projects**.
- Experience in design and operation of facilities in industry, especially in Oil&Gas, refineries, petrochemical plants, water management and petrochemical plants, water management and disposal plants, plants and facilities for treatm
