We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer to join our team and ensure the successful execution of construction projects from planning through closeout. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and field teams to organize, document, and support project operations with precision and professionalism. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you’ll collaborate with bilingual teams and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage product data submittal packages
- Request and organize samples for submittals
- Review contract document changes and evaluate impacts on scope
- Assemble all project-related documentation: bonds, insurance certificates, compliance forms, etc.
- Develop the schedule of values, handle invoicing, and manage stored material documentation
- Generate pick tickets and work orders based on quantity take-offs
- Draft shop drawings and installation documentation
- Compile warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, and all job closeout materials
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication to ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Support any other tasks critical to overall project success

Profile & Skills:

- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Absolute commitment to project success
- Detail-oriented and able to foresee and prevent potential issues
- Strong reading skills of construction contracts, plans, and specifications
- Proficiency with computer-based quantity takeoff tools
- Understanding of construction principles and project sequencing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player mindset
- Able to manage stress and deadlines with a problem-solving attitude
