We are searching for the best talent for a **Data Office Senior Manager (LATAM)** to be located in **Bogotá, Colombia; Ciudad de México, México; Santiago de Chile, Chile or Brazil: Sao Paulo or Sao Jose Dos Campos.**

**Purpose**:
The Data Office Senior Manager is responsible for leading all data initiatives within the LATAM region. They will manage a team of data professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategies and processes align with business objectives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement data strategies to optimize data quality, governance, and accessibility across the LATAM region.
- Oversee the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of data to generate valuable insights for the organization.
- Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and provide scalable solutions for data-related challenges.
- Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, including data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by providing accurate and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics technology.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable.
- Monitor and optimize data-related processes, systems, and workflows to achieve operational efficiency.
- Scale up and sponsor Data-driven decision making by democratizing data access and improving data literacy.

**Education, Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, engineering, business admiration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data management, data governance, or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, driving results and change management.
- Advanced knowledge of data management principles, data governance frameworks, industry best practices and data analytics tools and technologies (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Experience with data privacy and security regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
- Advanced in English, both written and verbal. And Portuguese as a differential.
