We are currently seeking a Data Center Ops Senior Associate to join our team in Bogota, Distrito Capital de Bogot\u00e1 (CO-DC), Colombia (CO).

**Position overview**

Realizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos diarios y de cierre del back end de nuestro cliente del sector financiero.

**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:

- Proveer el Soporte y gesti\u00f3n a los requerimientos elevados por los pa\u00edses en sus operaciones en l\u00ednea y en Batch, por Correo, Tel\u00e9fono o Casos Service now.- Dar respuesta a los requerimientos recibidos dentro de los tiempos establecidos y con la calidad esperada.
- Cumplir con las pol\u00edticas, requerimientos y est\u00e1ndares, como los siguientes, aunque no limit\u00e1ndose a: Information Security para los accesos autorizados a los diferentes sistemas e instalaciones, Problem and Incident Management, Change Management, Pol\u00edtica de ausencia obligatoria, etc.
- Cumplir con los horarios de ejecuci\u00f3n de los servicios correspondientes a los procesos, entrega de archivos y reportes para cada uno de los pa\u00edses de acuerdo al Schedule establecido.
- Escalar los problemas detectados en el procesamiento a las listas de escalamiento entregadas por cada pa\u00eds y localmente al Manager del Command Center dejando el registro de la gesti\u00f3n realizada dentro del INC abierto para este fin.
- Registrar los resultados de los trabajos ejecutados en la lista de chequeo y Registrar las novedades en la Bit\u00e1cora, por cada turno y por cada pa\u00eds.
- Producir los reportes de operaci\u00f3n por cada turno y publicarlo como est\u00e1 establecido.
- Coordinar y ejecutar los procesos especiales de procesamiento en el Centro de Datos con el fin de satisfacer requerimientos del negocio sin impactar la operativa base.
- Mantener Actualizado el Manual de Operaci\u00f3n por cada Pa\u00eds.

**Qualifications**

**Must have Skills**:

- Operaci\u00f3n de Data Center: 2 a\u00f1os
- Ingl\u00e9s intermedio
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente
- Disponibilidad para cubrir franjas de trabajo 7 x 24

**Nice to have, but not required**:

- Certificaci\u00f3n ITIL

**Education Requirements**
- Ingeniero de sistemas o electr\u00f3nico
