As Renewals Specialist, you combine relationship management with strong Salesforce expertise. You track all subscription and service contracts, engage customers to negotiate renewal terms and pricing, and prepare renewal quotes or amendments in systems such as Nue and Salesforce. You always focus on delivering measurable business value and maintaining high gross and net revenue retention.

**Job Role and Responsibility**

You will own the customer relationship and expansion strategy for your assigned accounts, working hand-in-hand with the Renewals Manager to secure on-time renewals and drive growth. You will manage multiple priorities—customer engagement, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams—while consistently presenting yourself as a trusted partner to both customers and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Track all subscription and service contracts with upcoming expirations.
- Engage customers to negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and multi-year agreements.
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes or amendments in the CPQ/Billing system (e.g., Nue/Salesforce).
- Identify churn risks early and work with Customer Success to resolve issues.
- **Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards** to monitor renewal pipeline, churn, and net revenue retention (NRR).
- Report on renewal pipeline, churn, gross and net revenue retention, and on-time renewal percentage.
- Collaborate closely with the Renewal Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of **3+ years of experience** in customer success roles.
- Proven **Salesforce expertise**, including the ability to create and customize reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with CPQ and billing systems (Nue experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of recurring revenue models and SaaS subscription lifecycles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executives.
- Ability to identify churn or growth opportunities using data-driven analysis.
- Comfortable working with global teams and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Positive attitude and customer empathy, with a strong desire to continually learn new skills and processes.
