We are in need of a Risk Manager with corporate and credit knowledge seeking a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.

Applicants must have at least 8-15 years of work experience and have completed credit training at a bank or other financial institution, insurance company or credit rating agency.

Applicant must also be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience in the region.

**Descripción del empleo**
Key job activities include:

- Counterparty Credit Assessment - analyze the creditworthiness of our risk exposures and able to concisely and completely recommend appropriate credit limits and/or credit structures.
- Capacity to Manage Risk - Balancing risk reward.
- Automation and Scoring as a Core Value - Working with Data Science team to produce and validate risk models that can be tested into real environment, validated and scaled.
- Credit Control - regular periodic review of a portfolio of credit exposures with an aptitude for making recommendations when breaches or exceptions are discovered.
- People Management - Manage a team of credit analysts located initially in Brasil, Colombia and Chile

**Requisitos**

**Skills**:

- Understanding key elements of credit risk management with an emphasis on credit assessment in a working capital or commercial banking environment.
- Ability to clearly write concise and complete papers and risk reports within tight deadlines and supervise those that do the same.
- Previous experience reporting to management on portfolio performance.
- Ability to manage a team of credit analysts in the region.
- Ability to research industry data and incorporate external information into credit reports and presentations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Competencies:

- Excellent computer skills.
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong knowledge of finance and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across multiple time zones.
- Drive and desire to contribute as part of a highly energized team in a results oriented organization that is growing rapidly.
