**About the Role**

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is key to building our brand presence, engaging audiences, and supporting business operations through creative digital marketing, targeted outreach, and reliable administrative support. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management_
- Create and manage a structured posting schedule across platforms
- Develop engaging content ideas, captions, and scripts tailored to our target audience
- Design, edit, publish, and monitor content for maximum reach and engagement
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to improve strategy continuously
- Plan, build, and execute targeted campaigns for builders and industry contacts.
- Share value-driven updates (e.g., OSHA updates, industry news, company highlights)
- Re-engage past contacts with strategic follow-ups and relationship-building content
- Utilize automation tools to streamline and scale campaigns
- Marketing & Business Support_
- Assist with outreach initiatives and lead-generation efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects and reports
- Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen brand presence and market visibility

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and/or Google Ads is an advantage
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English) with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
